I work mostly throughout Sarasota County and Manatee County, including key commercial corridors and sub-markets. Other areas include St. Pete, Tampa, and Charlotte County.

Are you licensed in Florida?

Yes. I am a licensed Florida Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate (SL3600406). I also hold several licensed NAR designations.

Do you work with commercial buyers or sellers?

Great question, both. I represent buyers, sellers for listings, tenants looking to lease space, landlords for leasing rep, and investors depending on the transaction.

What types of properties do you handle?

Commercial properties including retail, office, industrial, and investment assets (land, multi-family). My special focus is in retail, medical office, and industrial / flex space.

Do you specialize only in commercial real estate?

Yes. My practice is focused exclusively on commercial properties, allowing for better market expertise knowledge and better outcomes for business and investment clients. I do not do residential, but can recommend someone that can help with a home.
